All the knits have been knitted
All the blankets have been sewn
Clothes in drawers folded waiting to be worn
The smallest of diapers are washed and stacked
In these final few moments we sit and wait
We wait to meet this soul that I have grown to love and have dreamt about
We sit and wait for him to make his arrival for he is the only one who knows when it will be
